Thomas was Churchwarden at Illogan C of E Church in 1627, and there i s in the
Royal Cornwall Museum, Truro a chair which incorporates a carved woode n bench
end from the Illogan Church, inscribed, in part "Thomas Foxe Churchwar den 1627"
(see picture in the booklet in my file, Guide to the Collections The R oyal
Cornwall Museum).
