"Died suddenly at Lachine, Canada, [at her brother's]
second dau. of late M.W. Walbank of St. John's, Nfld
and granddaughter of the late Kenneth McLea Esq., merchant
of this place. Mourners arriving at Bonaventure Depot
formed a procession and followed the hearse to St. Paul's
Church. The chief mourners were Mr. McLea Walbank and
Mr. W.S. Thompson, Grandchief Williams, Chief Jocks and
Mr. Bruce represented her Indian friends."
