The 1851 Census shows him supporting other family members than those shown here. I cannot place them because of the vagueness of their relationship. There is a daughter-in-law named Mary, aged 30, but not married to Nathaniel and not widowed which means there was another son not living with the family at the time of the census. The census also shows a "niece" named Mary C. aged 2 and a "nephew" named nathaniel, aged 6 months, immediately under son Nathaniel's name. I believe this should read granddaugher and grandson but I cannot prove it so am not entering the information here. Similarly, under the name of the daugher-in-law there is another "niece" named Priscilla aged 7 which I also assume should read granddaughter (the daughter of Mary, the daughter-in-law) but once again I cannot prove it and so am not entering the information here. The entire extended family was shown as being born in Brixton.
