I Elias Dunsterville of Plymouth in the county of Devon Blockmaker being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say
I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Dunsterville the sum of three hundred pounds to be paid him at the end and expiration of his apprenticeship and also his board or the expense thereof to be paid by my executors hereinafter named and also good and sufficient wearing apparel of all sorts and working tools of all sorts for and during the said time
And I also give and bequeath to my said son Thomas Dunsterville one fourth part of all such plate as I shall leave behind me at the time of my decease
Item I give and bequeath to my four daughters Lucy Priscilla Rebecca and Mary Ann Dunsterville the sum of four hundred pounds a piece to be paid to them respectively at their several ages of twenty one years with lawful interest for the same from the time of my death for and towards their maintenance and I also give unto my said four daughters all such household goods furniture utensils and implements of household linen woollen and china as shall be remaining in my present dwelling house in the town of Plymouth at the time of my death to be equally divided between them share and share alike the plate only excepted
Item I give to my brothers Richard Dunsterville and Edward Dunsterville and my sister Lucy Coulton a [something] a piece and whereas I lately purchased of Philip Mosshead for and in the name of my son William Dunsterville all that [?] or Work Yard in Plymouth aforesaid where I carry on my business I do hereby confirm the same unto him his heirs and assigns for ever
And I do acquit and discharge him from the consideration money I paid for the same
Item I give to my son Richard Dunsterville one annuity of twenty pounds per annum to be paid him by my executors by even and equal quarterly payments from the time of my death and I do hereby charge and make liable all my lands and tenements with the due payment thereof
Item I give and devise to my two sons William and Bartholomew Dunsterville all other my messuages and Lands tenements and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever to hold to them their heirs and assigns for ever
Item I give and bequeath to my said two sons William Dunsterville and Bartholomew Dunsterville all the rest residue and remainder of my goods chattels stock in trade and personal estate whatsoever and I do hereby constitute and appoint them joint executors of this my last will and testament requiring them to pay and discharge all my debts legacies and funeral expenses according to my true intent and meaning
