Morry Family of Devon and Newfoundland
Descendants of William Bishop
This family tree includes all
of the descendants of William Bishop as far as I have been able to research it to
date (200 individuals in 73 families). My efforts to research this line have
been stymied by a lack of records other than incomplete church records for poor
fisher folk in Newfoundland. I hasten to add that I hold little confidence in
any of the information shown here for the first two generations. The tree does
not contain information on the families of spouses of his descendants. For
privacy reasons, the names and details of living individuals are left out.

front of the Anglican Church of the Good Shepherd in Cavendish in 2005.
Cavendish was formerly known as Shoal Harbour. This church is where her
parents, Sarah Minnie Bishop and John Thomas Carr Wheeler were married.
