Just realised from the Denbury church register that this son had three baptisms in effect; one privately in July 1834, one at the church on 4 Dec 1835 and another again at the church on March 19 1837. It must be assumed that the boy was sickly as an infant and the second christening at the church was conucted after his health improved. Otherwise there can be no explanation for this odd situation.
