Listers, I hope you all don't mind me posting this on this list.
Thought I would post this in Loving memory of my Gran, who passed away on Tuesday 7th Oct 2008 Mary was born on 22nd May 1918 to James and Annie (nan) (Bolger) Dillon.She grew up in "The Rocks" Bagenalstown. A place that was so dear to her. She married Mat Treacy from Borris, and they started their family life in Glenaharry, Bagenalstown.They had 3 girls. Sadly Mat died in July 1950, aged 34, just 10 months after the birth of their 3rd daughter (my Mum). Her life went on, and then she met her 2nd husband Tom Quinlisk. In 1958 her daughter Annie died, she was only 13 years old. She never got over her death. She and Tom had a son in 1962. Tom died in 1994. Gran came from a large family. Sadly she lost 3 brothers to TB back in the 30's. Gran was a big part in all our life's, and will sadly be missed by her Son, daughters, Son-in-law. 9 grand-children, 12 great-grand children. And Nieces.

At the time of her death she had a son, daughters, son-in-law, 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren still living.
