Notes
General:
130513:

On her gravestone, photographed by Jamie in the St. Joseph churchyard cemetery today, it shows that she was from Ballinalick. Ballinalick and Kilconane (or Kilkenane as it appears on their marriage certificate) are two nearby townlands on the road from Toomevara to Neneagh. The proper spelling is really Killyloughnane. This pretty well proves that I found the correct marriage record for Morgan. It does not, however, explain why they do not appear on the 1911 Census. Since they are buried in the same plot with Morgan's brother Thomas and his wife, I am inclined to think that they both continued to work the same farm in Monanore and that Thomas, being the nominal landowner, was the only one whose name was added to the census.
