. William D. grocer, Flower Hill.
. William D. [Advertisers list: Express Agent, Furniture, Grocer, 301 Water St.]

Despite the different spelling of the surname in Hutchinson's, I believe this to be the same man who was shown to be residing at "Springdale" house at that time, whose name was spelled correctly as Morison. In addition, I believe that both entries above pertained to the same man and that in addition to being a stationer/printer he was also a shopkeeper.

There is an enormous amount of information on this family line in Jean Carter Stirling's family tree, developed in cooperation with her cousin Gert Crosbie. However, because it is peripheral to my interest in the Carter line I have not copied it over here.
