FURLONG, Mary Regina (Jeannie) (nee Brake), age 53 - Passed peacefully away at home on Friday, May 28, 2010. Predeceased by her brother Philip and Mama and Dadda O'Quinn. Leaving to mourn her loving husband, Doug; son John (Andrea) and daughter Jessica; her parents in Corner Brook, Stan and Regina Brake; brothers Rod (Bernice), Sean (Michelle); sisters Ruth Ann (Bob Brake), Sondra (Des Coombs), Kim (Cliff Preston), Lisa (Don Dicesare); special niece Tonya; brothers-in-law Arnie (Judy) and Jerry (Brenda) Furlong; sisters-in-law Elaine Pilditch (Michael), Judy Kuwahara (Brian), and Jose Brazil (Martin); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Resting at Fillatre's Funeral Home, Curling on Monday, May 31st, from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, June 1st, at 10:30 a.m. from Sacred Heart Church, Curling. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery, Corner Brook. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
