In an email from Enid O'Brien to Rick Morry on January 23, 2014 she writes:

Re Ellie Crane, wife of Reginald and dgt-in-law of Fenwick/Mary Crane. I am afraid I do not have a maiden surname for Ellie. I did get the following information from ship's passengers lists. On one list she is going to Boston on 2/10/1930 Ellie is listed as Ellie G.M. Crane, born Bernminster, England. She was born abt 1898. She had her son Fenwick travelling with her born 1923. Besides this manifesto she was on other travelling lists going back and forth to Newfoundland, the initials vary. Also, I don't have a date or place of marriage for Ellie/Reginald. Most likely it is around 1921 given the age of their son.
