NOTE: Birth date is suspect both because she would have been much older than her husband and over 50 when her last child was born

100706: Headstone as photographed in 2003 and viewed on Stonepics CD NF154 is broken and very difficult to read. From what can be made out it says: "In Memory of Thomas Battcock who died Oct. 29, 1874 Aged 50 Years and his wife Esther Died Mar 3 1896 Aged 7? Years" The age of Esther is incomplete because the stone is broken exactly where the second number would be.

Because of these doubts I am changing her tentative birth year for now to be 1826. This is only a guess as there is no evidence to support any date so far as I know.
