ET June 24, 1924

At Medford, Mass on June 16th, Miss Esther Maude Battcock, dgt of late Martin and Mrs. Battcock of Brigus South was marred to Mr Thomas Graham Morry of Ferryland. The bride was given away by her brother-in-law, Maurice M. Devine. The best man was Gordon White, cousin of the groom. Bridesmaid was Miss Helena R Battcock, sister of the bride. The flower girls were Margaret Battcock and Susie Fitzgerald. Mrs Morry is a graduate nurse of Symes Hospital, Arlington, Mass. They will make their home at Fall River, Mass.

Another email dated June 1, 2002: I believe Maurice Devine was from King's Cove, Newfoundland and prospered as a contractor in the US. I know he did have a yacht, etc. beause I read an account in the newspaper about Ronald's sister being on it when she visited him.
