Dear Chris, Many thanks for your kindness to research my family's history. Jamie and Gillian left this afternoon for Taos, Az. They left here at 2:30 pm and are still en route as I write this. We enjoyed their visit - it has been thirty three years since I last saw her when we lived in Connecticut. Also I last saw Gillian ten years ago. Gillian spent her time her time cycling, hiking and exploring the the town. Unfortunately the following information is very sparse and I don't know if you can do anything with it - but anything you can add will be most appreciated.

Maternal Grandparents : Don't have any information re their births or marriage. David Docherty Served in France during WWI (Argyll and Southern Highlanders) Mary McGuire (sp ?) I believe my gradmother was from the Vale of Leven, Scotland. Their children included Pvt. James Docherty (killed April 19, 1917 at Ypres, France. Served in same regiment as his father). Buried in Roclincourt Valley Cemetery, Pas-de-Calais, France.
