I am assuming that this is the death register of the son of William and Phillipa. The register of his father gives him as "Senr" implying a son of the same name existed.

It is worthy of note that other Pikes in the burial register are noted as being resident of Churston Ferrers. It is possible that is where William and his wife and family actually lived as well since none of their children's baptisms are to be found in the Stoke Gabriel register.
