Place of birth is ambiguous, variously described as Eglish, Borrisokane, Tipperary and Eglish, Offaly. There is an Eglish parish in Offaly just over the border from Tipperary, but it is nowhere near Borrisokane, which is in Tipperary and there is no Eglish parish near Borrisokane. So on balance I am inclined to accept that she was baptised in Eglish Parish, Offaly and was probably born nearby but possibly just across the border in Tipperary a good distance from Borrisokane.
