080821:
I have just discovered that this is one more of numerous errors made by the person at Tipperary North Family History Centre who was engaged by Rita Elkins and others to do lookups for them back in the late 1990s/early 2000s or thereabouts. Her name was Norah O'Meara. I met her once and she was the most opinionated and unpleasant person I have ever encountered during the cours of my family history research. And to boot she was careless and often incorrect in the transcriptions she made whilst being paid for her work.
Today I discovered an image of the original image of the page in the Cloughjordan Church Register that she supposedly transcribed above. What it actually says is:
Date - 1858 August 15th
Name - Anne
Parents - John Quinlisk & Cath Quinlan (there is no mistaking her forename it is NOT Margaret!)
Sponsors - John Quinlisk & Mrs. Quinlisk
Right under this entry, which is the only one recorded on that page in the register, the next line begins: "January 1859 Marriage register"
Because of this, Ancestry has made an error as well and transcribed the above baptism record as if it were a marriage with Anne Quinlisk marrying John Quinlisk.

240124:
A few days ago I received by mail a copy of the book "Kilcomin Graveyard County Offaly" by Stephen Callaghan, purchased from the Offaly County Council Heritage OIffice following a lead from Tommy Quinlisk.
Amongst the photographs and transcripts of gravestones of interest I found one that included the names of siblings Denis, Edward and Nora Quinlisk, along with "Eileen Cleary" wife of Patrick Cleary. The stone was erected in special honour of Daniel Quinlisk by his nephew only identified on the stone as "Patrick" with no surname given but presumably Quinlisk.
I think I have identified the first four (including "Eileen") as the children of Patrick Quinlisk born at Behamore around 1840. He had four children: Edward by his first wife Judith Gaynor; and then Daniel, Nora and "Nannie" or Annie by his second wife, Margaret Flannery. They would have all been of an age to match the dates on this stone.
But the "Eileen" has me thrown off. There was clearly no child of this family by this name. And the stone gives no inkling of why she is mentioned there along with her husband. Plus their dates of birth and death are a generation out from the others mentioned.I surmise that one of the four children of Patrick married (probably Nannie or Annie) and that this was her daughter. But that remains to be proved. For now I am entering these two other people on the memorial with this assumption in mind.
On balance, however, I am positive that I have identified the correct family because they were residents of Mucklone West on the 1901 and 1911 Censuses. Why their parents are not remembered on this memorial stone is not known.
Here is the transcript of this stone by Stephen Callaghan:
