From conversation in 1993 with Viola Uphill, age 83, dau Rev.Henry: E dwin
Robert was sometimes called Edmund; he married Edith, was a businessma n in
London, had a large family. He retired to Tottenham.

From his bro. Rev.Wm.Uphill's tape, Edwin was short in stature, had cu rly light
brown hair, and died shortly after his retirement from London to Surre y. He
was skilled in all kinds of metal work, an artisan who could make iro n grille
doors and decorative fretwork.
