At St Columba's Hospice, on Monday, July 17, 2017, Jim, beloved husband of Christine, proud dad to Graham and the late Kirsty, loving grandpa to Adam and Fraser and dear father-in-law to Gillian. Funeral service will take place at Mortonhall Crematorium, Main Chapel, on Wednesday, July 26, at 1 pm, to which everyone wishing to attend will be warmly welcomed. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, may be given at the end of the service in aid of St Columba's Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support.

I have been trying to find the name of the husband of Chris Taylor. This summer (2016) I found a letter written by Chris to Aunt Phyl naming her children Graham and Kirsty but not her husband. This guess is based on her mentioning his first name as Jim and an entry in Dad Morry's address book for a Chris Sinclair.

020819:
The above guess proved wrong. I found his real name from their marriage certificate - James Barclay Wells. This in turn helped me to find Christine and son Graham.

Leaving to mourn, his loving wife, Mabel: son David and wife Anne Marie of Gander; two grandsons: Christopher and Sean; one brother George and wife Frances of St. John's; sister-in-law Mildred Wiseman; nieces and nephews and a circle of family and friends, resting at Barretts Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue.
