It is interesting that on some of the christening records found in the Vital Statistics transcripts of the Amglican Cathedral register (on NGB) starting with Phillip the address is given as St. John's rather than Torbay Rd. as it was previously. But since the father's occupation is still listed as farmer, I suspect that this is simply an acknowledgement that the Torbay Rd. was then considered a part of St. John's. His farm didn't move!
