It is a matter of conjecture who the father of her three sons may have been since there is no record of his name. The connection to Harold Kyrle Montesquieu Bellew is apocryphal and may not be true. However, it is worthy of note that she is shown living as a "widow" with her three sons and a "boarder" a man named George Walter Blunt, an actor, on the 1911 Census. There is no implication that he is the father of the three boys. She may have had a previous affair with an associate of Blunt, another actor, specifically Bellew, or she may have actually had these three boys by Blunt and they never married.
There is a profile of Kyrle on Geni.com that purports that he is the husband of Lillian and the father of her three sons. I will write to the author of that profile, Henry James Crispin Rashleigh Belcher (also the author of an FTM family tree online), and enquire as to the source of his information:

I heard back from Henry James Crispin Rashleigh Belcher in regard to my enquiry pertaining to his source for information on the putative marriage between Kyrle and Lillian. He replied that his online family was compiled from a number of very old professionally compiled family trees and that he believed the information that he shows on such a marriage came from one of them, which he sent me. But while it does show Lilillian and her siblings and parents as well as the spouses of some of her siblings it shows nothing on her husband or sons. So indeed that was not the source. I have asked him to dig deeper to see if he can locate the actual source but he is a plastic surgeon and may not have time to delve more deeply.
Lillian does not appear on any 1901 UK Census. It is impossible to disappear completely especially when you have two small children in tow. This makes me wonder if a) she was using an assumed name; or b) she was out of the country at this time and her two children were with her. But if so it probably did not entail travel by sea because there are no ship's records of her with her two children at this time. 1943
