February 10, 1946 - April 5, 2016

Passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2016. Predeceased by her husband Gerald and her parents Effie and Angus, step-father Norm and brother James. She leaves behind her three children, Frank (Christine), Denise, Karen (Billy) and her five step-children, Vicki (Randy), Donny (late Peggy), Gerald (Jackie), Cheryl (Dave) and the late Brian. Survived by her siblings, Jeanette (late Charles), Rose (Gerry), Wayne (Lois), Angus (Jeanette) and Cynthia (Derrick). Loving grandmother to sixteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. Dianne will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held from 1 - 2 p.m. on April 14th at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, at Midland. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. in the Ogden Funeral Home Chapel.

CROFT, George Patrick (July 21, 1935 - November 14, 2017) - It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of George Croft on Tuesday, November 14. He leaves behind his wife Margaret; children Cheryl (Malcolm) MacKinnon, Mona (Benny) Boland, Marlene, George (Linda Joyce), Judy (Derrick) Petrushko, Kenneth (Beth Neilsen), Bonita (James O'Connor), and Rodney (Anne Marie); his grandchildren Ian and Neil MacKinnon, Mark (Courtney) and Krista Boland, Andrea Chidley, Blake Petrushko, Stephen and Lee Croft, Grace and Callum O'Connor and Erin and Meghan Croft, and great-granddaughter Caelan MacKinnon; his sisters Jean (David) Payne, Eleanor (Sandy) Powell, Madonna (Mick) Dalton, and Esther (Richard) Barrett; sisters-in-law Patricia (Michael) Quirke, Clara (Stan) Wallace, and Lorraine (James) Dunne, and brother-in-law Jerome (Delores) Curran; and a large number of nieces and nephews, extended relatives and friends. George was predeceased by his parents George and Mary (Morris), his infant sister and brother Marion and Francis, his brothers-in-law David, Mick and Raymond, and sister-in-law Mary.
George was born in Aquaforte, Newfoundland and lived there his entire life. He married Margaret (Curran) on April 4, 1959, and together they raised eight children in the house he built for them with his own hands, overlooking Aquaforte harbour.
