I Charlotte Teissier in the parish of Saint Peter le Poor, London, being in good health do make and publish this my last will and testament in _________ __________ that is to say first I recommend my soul to Almighty God, hoping for salvation through the merits of Jesus Christ my _______ . I desire to be buried in the parish of St Peter le Poor. As to my worldly estate I dispose thereof as follows. I appoint my brother-in-law Stephen Teissier and my son Lewis Teissier executors of this, my will and I give to each of them £100 for the ____ and trouble they may have in the execution thereof. I will and direct that my said executors do as speedyas possible out of my estate apply so with money as will be sufficient to purchase £10,000 three percent consolidated bank annuities whichsum so ____ shall be invested in their names and they shall stand ______ of the same upon the Trusts and to and for the several intents and purposes - following that is to say. In trust in the first place to pay the interests and dividends as they shall fall to my said granddaughter Charlotte Fitzgerald for and during the term of hernatural life and her receipts alone and notwithstanding her ____ shall be to my said executors their sufficient discharge the same shall not be liable to the debts, c____ and engagements of her said husband and and from and immediately after her p____. In trust to pay theinterests and dividends of the said some of £10,000 three percent consolidated bank annuities to the said Robert Evance Fitzgerald her husband, then to transfer the said principal sum of £10,000 three percent bank annuities in equal portions to and amongst their children if there should be more than one or being but one then to serve only one child at his or their respective of 21 being sons or being daughters or daughters at _______ on their respective age or ages of 21 years or dayor days of marriage whichever shall first happen. And in the mean time to apply to the interest and dividends thereof towards the maintenance and education of said children or child and in the case of the death of my said granddaughter Charlotte in the lifetime of her husband Robert Evance Fitzgerald without bearing children or leaving ____ they shall die before their respective ages of 21 being sons on day or days of marriage being daughters ____ from out immediately after the death of the said Robert Evance Fitzgerald or the last of ____ child or children as the case may happen the said principle some of£10,000 three percent consolidated bank annuities shall lapse into and become part of the residue of my estate. And in case the said Robert Evance Fitzgerald shall die in the lifetime of my said granddaughter and shall leave no children living at the time of ____ his decease or having such that they shall all die in the lifetime of my said granddaughter Charlotte and she shall have no children living by him ____. I will and divert that my said executors shall pay and transfer to her the said sum of £10,000 three percent consolidated bank annuities to and for her own sole use and absolute disposal.
