• Religion: Church Of England.
• Property: Purchase of land from John Maloley, 23 May 1836, Aquaforte, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. SDC Vol 1 Fol 445-446 John Maloley to Anna Winsor 23-05-1836
Because there were several women named Anna or Ann or Anne married to Winsor or Winser or Windsor men it is impossible to say for sure that the person involved in this land purchase was Anna Sarah Jennings Winsor but on balance since a Dan Jennings was a witness it seems most likely to be the case, though I have no idea why she would want to purchase this land in her own right rather than her husband doing so.• Occupation: Appointed teacher instead of Anna Winser, 1 Jan 1845, Aquaforte, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
• Will: Transcript from NGB website, 1 Nov 1870, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. (Heir)

I note that parental consent was required for the marriage to take place. I therefore doubt the date of birth given for her at the time of her death. She must have been a minor at the time and hence likely born closer to 1800 than 1796.
Notes
General:
Discrepancies on date of death (May 10 or May 6, 1876). I am going with Helen Steinke's May 10 because she seems to have more complete and authenticated information on the entire family.
270919:
According to Anna Elton Morris's research notes given to me by Patricia Lester Pike in July 2019, Anna came from a wealthy family. Her mother was a Lady in Waiting to the Queen and her brother was senior in the Bank of England. Each month she would get a bag of gold from England. This is apocryphal and probably merely family legend. It would be almost impossible to prove or to disprove because there is no evidence as to her parentage.
This item from Wikipedia likely explains the wishful thinking behind this family lore. Note the dates and how completely out of sync they are with the family lore, not to mention the fact that Jennings was her maiden name, not her married name:
Sarah Churchill, Duchess of Marlborough, Princess of Mindelheim, Countess of Nellenburg (née Jenyns, spelled Jennings in most modern references;[2] 5 June 1660 (Old Style) \endash 18 October 1744), was an English courtier who rose to be one of the most influential women of her time through her close friendship with Anne, Queen of Great Britain. Sarah's friendship and influence with Princess Anne were widely known, and leading public figures often turned their attentions to her in the hope that she would influence Anne to comply with requests. As a result, by the time Anne became Queen, Sarah's knowledge of government and intimacy with the queen had made her a powerful friend and a dangerous enemy.
060220:
I can find no document where her name is given as Anna Sarah Jennings. Perhaps I copied this from Aunt Jean's family tree information. Her marriage and burial records and the name that appears on her gravestone simply refer to her by the name Anna. Therefore I am adopting this simpler name today but not deleting Anna Sarah which I will retain as an alias without evidence. 5803

On Jacob and Anna Jennings Windsor's gravestone it is noted that Dan Jennings is also buried there. I surmise this is her brother, though it is plausible it was her father.

Dan's will makes it clear that he was Anna's brother, not her father:

According to Anna Elton Morris's biography of various members of the Windsor family of Aquaforte and their kin, found amongst her research notes but not published, a copy of which was given to me by Patricia Lester Pike in July 2019, Dan lived across the harbour from his sister and used to row across each day to get milk. On the day he died his boat must have capsized and he drowned.

I only know of this person because he is mentioned in the diaries of Robert Carter and it turns out he was a grant holder in Aquaforte though it seems that he never occupied the grant as his records all pertain to St. John's where he became a MAJOR vessel owner and ship's captain. The Atlantic Canada Shipping Project CD shows that he co-owned at least 12 vessels between 1828 and 1841:
Amazon 1828-1831 S828076 Jennings, John; Codner, Daniel; Drew, John (last 2 of Dartmouth)

Daniel O'Connell 1837-1842 S837020 As above, but not Drew
Arabian 1840-1841 S840049 As above, but not Drew
Daniel Codner and Company was the parent company later taken over by son Samuel who had even closer ties with Newfoundland. The other Dartmouth partner, John Drew, was a "gentleman" investor residing on Clarence St. - a prestigious neighbourhood in Dartmouth. But there is no indication of a Jennings foot on the ground in Dartmouth during this period, though it was believed Anna and Dan were born there.
It seems logical to assume that he was a brother of Dan and Anna Jennings but I have yet to find the proof. 5805
