This is clearly a blended family. While Agnes, Charles, Jessie and Elizabeth age 15 are Margaret's children, the relationship of the other Elizabeth and the youngest child Mary E Shannon is not so clear. Although none of the females is going by a married name, you youngest two members of the household could be the children of Agnes. At least it is feasible considering their respective ages. But there is no way of knowing this at the moment so I can take the chance of making this connection at the moment.
