General:
14/12/02: This relationship to Evelyn Morry's line of Wheelers is speculative for the moment, based solely on the fact that the father's Christian and surnames (John Thomas Carr) and the mother's Christian name (Caroline) appear in Evelyn Morry's father's name and sister's Christian name, plus the coincidence of the location of the Baptism. This needs to be substantiated with better facts.
2303008: Contact with Peggy Krause Hansen on Genes Reunited has confirmed these connections between the Carrs and Wheelers are indeed relatives of Mom's and pertain to the Carr connection that she has always known about in somewhat fuzzy detail. Peggy believes that this daughter probably died, perhaps in St. John's, because there are no further records of her in England afterwards. Most likely she barely survived past herChristening. "I have a daughter Sophy Maud Carr born to John Thomas and Caroline 26 Apr 1877 and christened 5 May 1877 at St. Thomas Anglican church (source Newfoundland Vital Statistics/St. Thomas Anglican church). This daughter likely died as I find no further reference to her."
