CLOWE, Derrick Patrick (February 11, 1953 - February 24, 2021) - It is with profound sadness we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of a loving husband, father and grandfather, Derrick Patrick Clowe at his home in Ferryland.
Predeceased by his loving mother and step father Mercedes and Wilfred Windsor; grandparents: James and Bridget Clowe; special aunt Anna Maher and parents-in-law Blanche and John Lomasney; as well many uncles of the Clowe and Williams family.
Leaving to mourn with fond memories his loving wife Margie; son Dean (Laura); daughters: Dale Ann (Jim) and Melissa (Amine); precious grandchildren: Jacob, Mitchell, Megan, Laila and Mohamed; step grandchildren: Anna, Stuart and Gail; sisters-in-law: Betty and Mary (Brent); nephew Wesley. Also leaving to mourn special cousins: Russy (Colleen), Sean (Shirley), Craig (Bev), Blaine (Darlene) and a large circle of cousins from the Clowe and Williams families; special friends: Fred and Myra Brophy, Bernie O'Brien; special neighbours: Ron and Sadie Kenny. Many thanks to Dr. Julia Trahey and staff at Baltimore Clinic and Pharmacy, Ferryland. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the family will hold a celebration of his life at a later date. CLOWE, Ernest Arthur - Passed peacefully away at his residence in Ferryland on Wednesday, June 26, 2002, Ernest Arthur Clowe, age 77 years. Predeceased by his parents, Daniel and Molly; brother Edward; sister Gladys and infant daughter. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Genevieve (Kavanagh); four sons: Bill (Sharon), Ronnie all of Ferryland, Ernest, Lindsay (Linda) all of Mississauga, ON; six daughters: Jeanie, Molly (Joe), Eileen (Gerald) all of Ferryland, Paula, Shirley (Lenny), St. John`s, Ruby (Rick), Elkford, BC; eight grandchildren: Corey, Roger, Nicole, Anthony, Jessica, Emily, Shelly and Susan; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends.
