There is a gravestone in the Kilkeary cemetery which reads (or read in 1981 when it was transcribed): "Erected by Cornelius O'Brien Es^q. In memory of his dearly beloved wife Elizabeth O'Brien Otherwise O'Dwyer who departed this life on the 23^rd of April 1801 aged --- years."
I believe that this Cornelius was the brother of a man named Morgan, who was the purported 2nd great grandfather of Jamie. Thus he would be her 2nd great granduncle.

December 12, 2009 O'BRIEN, Delma Ann - Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, on Thursday, Dec. 10, 2009, Delma Ann O'Brien, age 53 years, of Cape Broyle. Predeceased by her parents Cecil and Catherine (Johnson) O'Brien. Leaving to mourn son Stephen, Edmonton AB and daughter Janelle, Cape Broyle; brothers Terry O'Brien, Mount Pearl, and Noel O'Brien (Wanda), Spruce Grove, AB; sisters Nancy Harte (Jerome), Witless Bay, Marion O'Brien (Calvin), St. John's, and Audrey Swain (Ron), St. John's; special friends Bernadette O'Brien, Shelley Lahey, Cindy Kavanagh and her card club buddies; caregiver Sandy O'Brien; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and a large circle of close friends and neighbours. Resting at Ryan's Funeral Home, Bay Bulls. Visitation Saturday, Dec. 12 from 2 to 9 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 13 from 2 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial to take place at Immaculate Conception R.C.
