Matthew, my grandfather, was born 1852. He married Mary Bryan Nov. 8, 1882 and had Henry James (Jim) who married Ellen Gertrude Keefe of Cape Broyle (my parents). William (Bill) married Esther Barnable, a second cousin, Elizabeth (Sr. Blandina), Mary Joseph (Jose) married William Furlong, John (Jack) married widow Mary (Nance) Williams and Ignatius (Nita) - called after some revered old nun her mother knew - married David Sullivan
