There is no sign of a marriage record for this couple in 1710 as suggested that there should be from the dates of baptism of their children. But there is a curious record of a marriage on April 6 1738 that involves a Henry Winser and Mary Bikford. By then all their children would have been born and it makes no sense they would then marry had they not done so initially. But the record does exist and has to be explained.

This record appears on the transcription of Devon Marriage on the Devon Family History website:
SurnameForename Est. Birth Year Devon Parish Mentioned Event Day Month Year Location Chapman County Code Country Code Age Marital Status Occupation Reference Information
GRAHAMFRANCIS - ST SAVIOURS MARR 02 APR 1871 HUBBERSTON PEM WLS - - - - MARRIED MARY MORRIS WIDOW. WITNESSES HENRY THOMAS JUSTIN HARRIS ELIZA KNOGHT
The most obvious problem with this being the marriage of this couple is that she would ostensibly be only four years old in 1871 if her datge at burial is correct. Yet it is enticing to believe that this is their wedding record because of her forename and place of birth in Wales. I have a feeling that the transcriber mistakenly made the year of the marriage 1871 when it should be 1891.

Note that whereever they got their information, they seem to have mixed up date of death with date of burial. The original burial register, found on FindMyPast, shows the date of burial of Mary Graham as 23 Oct. 1851
